Actress and singer, Olivia Newton John has finally lost her battle with cancer.
Bit of a shock to me. Pretty much the same age as me so a mere youth to some here. RIP.
sad news - I suppose we should expect it, but we do seem to be losing well know names at a frightening rate nowadays
She will live on as Sandy.. with her Danny.. Grease will never get old.
Very sad, only 73 but cancer can get you at any age.

I remember hearing If Not For You (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJvwcpkBN3A) (do look at this wonderful video) back in 1971 and loved it. Watching her perform this on TotP had me falling in love! A truly great singer and lovely person. We are all hopelessly devoted to her.
