Quote from: Diasi on October 24, 2022, 06:39:35 PMJust wait, the money men will stop deliberately interfering & the media won't say a word against him.

Already the money men have reduced the cost of the UK's borrowing which'll make Sunak look good, same as they raised it to make Liz Russ look bad.
You are so right, they crucified Boris and Liz, but this Indian will be left alone, the globalist money people have got their right man at last.

Quote from: Alex on October 24, 2022, 02:01:19 PMMuch has been written on social media today about the Tories.  It seems the majority of ordinary voters think the Tory party is dead and they will never vote for them again.  Many people are cancelling their membership and leaving in droves.  Radio phone ins the same this morning.  Time for Richard Tice to show his face.
There has been much talk about that in the Telegraph, which has been very much a Conservative newspaper.
I, too, have resolved to vote for Reform in 2024, though I'd rather the other 'new Conservative' parties ally themselves with Reform.  In doing so, but still remaining under their individual leaderships, they can stand in different electorates (but not compete in the same electorates) and so gain more votes collectively.
Even better would be if Farage joined in with one of these new parties.

Certainly, the Conservatives by falling out with each other are making themselves less electable.  Labour have been unelectable for a long time now and are showing no signs of improving.  What better time for the new parties to make a real effort.

That's exactly what's happened.

It's been a complete set-up as Penny Mordaunt would have got way over the 100 vote threshold as there are far more than a 100 Tory MPs who wouldn't piss on Sunak if he was on fire & I'm disappointed that she's sold her soul for her career prospects.

I thought she was one of the few who couldn't be tainted but I was wrong.

Looked promising, but seems just another boring clone careerist, obviously pumped with ego and blind to how she really presents.

All that Sunak needs to do now, to virtually loose every seat in the country, is to scrap the Triple Lock.

He is a self confessed deliverer of what he promises (he says) - so it's already a goner - rely on it. Hunt hates pensioners with a vengeance, as is his Lib-Dem penchant. They (Conservatives) will thankfully condemn themselves to the wilderness. This will likely be the last Tory Government most of us will ever see, if not the last of all time, as they diminish into a minor party.

Our generation will abstain in 2024 then passes on and the young people either don't vote , or will increasingly only follow the socialist/trots/greens/libs.

Surely even the Toxic lot at Westmonster must reaslise that, if they break their promise on the Tripple Lock, then they have signed their own death warrent.
