I've been to a pre diabetes awareness session this morning.  Weight loss, exercise and healthy eating are pretty obvious ways to prevent it getting worse.  I just need to keep motivated!

same hear, howling wind, lashing rain. First cuppa

Morning, Back to the pool this morning and aching lol.
Winds dying down thank God and the sun's out.
Beach walk for the Hairy One shortly as the waves are getting back to normal size.
Over to Wick for a few things after lunch, have a good day.

Wind has died down here too this morning.   I heard an enormous bang earlier at 3am but I can't see anything on the driveway or patio.

Our garden seat was, once again, blown down last night this time with the cover pushed off as well.  Fortunately it doesn't seem to have rained.
Perhaps I need to turn it the other way around.

Morning..  Damp here.. not cold.. 
just going to pop to the Co-op.. Need a Euro Millions ticket for Friday.. I think it is 110 million..  Alex.. keep Saturday free. We are going out to buy ourselves a new (posh) motor..
