The step-by-step guide that klondike wrote is excellent but I'd encourage a new user to try a few and see what works for you. It's an excellent resource and free so be prepared to do a bit of work to get it right, eh? :smiley:
I suppose the other thing that needs a mention is the various ways they can be watched.
For years now I have kept downloads on external USB drives and watched then on TV using an Android media box but there are umpteen other options. Probably the simplest being download to laptop and watch on that.

I don't know what he was thinking linking to stuff like that on a pensioners forum. Half would have forgotten what it was they were seeing and the other half grabbing their angina sprays.

I looked everywhere for the option to stop links from newbies then eventually found it was a mod. I expected it to be a standard option. Anyway can't happen again unless they whack up a load of posts double quick.
