Title: Change the Chancellor
Post by: hugh on February 06, 2022, 10:32:31 AM
Boris should get rid of the present one, whose only interest is himself, and his rich share holder friends. To be honest  if that chancellor stays I will not vote for the Conservatives party.

They'll have to change it when he becomes Prime Minister.

Not so long back I thought the same, but if he is the best the Tories have got they have real problems.

I've changed my mind about Sunak, I think he's a back stabber.

I agree, I don't gamble put even I would have a punt on the fact that most, if not all, of those who want rid of Boris are disgruntled Remoaners.

Boris is the only PM I can remember who has come into office & done what he promised to do within a few weeks.

To get rid of him because Downing Street staff had a few 'at work' drinks, which the media & Remoaners spun into parties, is too ridiculous for polite words.

Diasi I agree with 100%. We knew of his faults and he hasn't changed. He is doing the job we asked him to do.

Yes. Fishing deal is poor too.
We could drop the vat from fuel now but instead have some of labrynthine scheme that doesn't come in until October and is apparently only a loan.

If he hasn't gone before then it's May (the month not the failed ex-PM) he needs to worry about. Council elections. The Tories will not do well in them according to predictions.
