Thinking about getting out of this warm bed 

Up for the pool, but it's cold n dark. 

Pool later this morning for me, hairdressers pm.  Unlike Scrumpy, I don't help mine out 😂

Like Scrumpy I don't trust them. My solution is to not go. It only gets so long after all. Not like anybody is going to be tripping over it.

I have just eaten some chocolate..  Beautiful sunshine here..

Today I moved the bag of grit near to my front door.. Ready to sprinkle on steps and pathway, should it be needed.. I fear slipping.. others walk with confidence over icy pavements and I tippytoe around..

I prefer to leave ice skates and snow shoes of various sizes by the front gate for visitors to borrow and use as they make their way up to my door.

Late breakfast.. Poached egg on toast.. avacado.. I might sweep up the leaves in back garden or maybe wait for a strong wind to move them.. Sunny day.

The car windscreen was iced up this morning. Lovely and sunny, but chilly still.

Icy windscreen here too, I must get some plants wrapped up.

I have done the leaves... just left a few for show..  The bird baths were frozen over.. So I sorted them..  The sun is beautiful.. It will start to get dark again soon..

frost all day yesterday, never got above 2C. First cuppa today
