Thanks Scrumpy, Doc just phoned and we had a good chat about it all. Not 100% calmed down, but mostly. Got to start the meds today. He basically said my bones gave gone from being Brighton Rock to Edinburgh Rock. Need to do weight bearing exercises too, as swimming is not enough or the type needed.
Always expected to get old one day, just never gave a thought to what can go alongside it. I suppose my horse riding days are over. 

Unwanted foreign visitors are in many countries.. USA.. Australia.. 
 and most of Europe.. 
We don't know the half of it..
So many killings and stabbings since they invaded other countries..
They care not because they reckon they are all mental.. So they get the soft treatment.. 

It is laughable that we , a once great nation, cannot fight off a rubber dinghy ..
Our lifeboats spend their time rescuing and helping them.. I do not give to the lifeboat charities anymore.. I'm not paying towards their safe arrival..

They cover themselves by listing everything they can think of when naming side effects..
My daughter was on a medication that said side effects can be fatal..

Apart from a beach walk with Dageus I'll be at home, waiting for a phone call from my doctor. Sun's out though so I'm able to faff about in the garden, I see the weeds are all ready to get going.......ggggrrrrr

Hello everyone - very wet round the edges again today with a cold North wind.  We have a 16% chance of a 'storm' later - type unspecified.  Baton down the hatches, it could be a bumpy day!

I will be mainly in the kitchen - bought a big chunk of braising steak from the Butcher.  Going to slow simmer a piece for tonights dinner, with mushroom and onion gravy, vegs to be decided.  The rest I will mince and make some sausages, a chilli, and a spag bol to go into the freezer.  Then - I just might have to ogle Martin Shaw on a DVD ( or three) while cuddling the cat - he quite likes the Judge John Deed series.  Have a fun day.
