Is to be offered shortly to the most vulnerable people. It may, just may end up offered to older people as well.
Will you go for one if it does get offered? I don't know what I would do, there's been a lot of stuff put in my body because of Covid and who knows if it's doing any harm.

Sheila

I probably will although I am less sure about it than I was.  I have bronchiectasis and other lung problems.

GrannyMac

Me too for the same reasons as Sheila, although my bronchiectasis isn't severe, its not worth the risk.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I certainly will.. Just imagine if nobody took up the offer..
I am sure there would be another pandemic..
I strongly believe that it saved lives...
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

I had the first three, husband had four, now we have decided enough is enough so didn't have this winter one although we both had the flu one which we have each year.  I really don't trust the big pharma nor the government, these jabs are something new and I don't feel they have been tested enough.

Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

I've had all the jabs, but apart from never having had any noticeable Covid symptoms, I can't say if they work or not.

On that basis I'll have the jabs as & when they are offered.

I had three and still caught covid. That was from giving a granddaughter a lift in my car. She started showing symptoms the next day.

Covid mostly kills the old especially those with pre-existing illness so I don't want to put anybody off who thinks they may benefit. After all the placebo effect is proven and quite powerful.

There is a government program for compensating harms done. That includes deaths of young previously fit people.

None have received full approval - they are still on temporary licences.

The trial data for Pfizer is known to have been falsified.

The Astra Zeneka vaccine has been completely withdrawn.

There is, imo,  no reliable evidence that any protection they may give in prevention of infection, spreading the infection or reducing the severity of infection lasts very long. I've seen many reports that it does none of those things at all but from less authoritative sources. This is a government one...

You need to read that in its enireity as it ends up less optimistic that it starts on effectiveness.

IMO...
There is a very good reason why the government is quietly pulling back on those eligible for vaccination.
There is a very good reason why they don't stop them entirely and it isn't a medical one.

My days of accepting covid vaccinations are over. I've suffered no harm but as I caught it I had no benefit either although my illness was mild I know others who were very ill despite vaccination.

I did have the flu one this winter.

Alex

I had 3 and that's enough for me.   There are too many sick, previously healthy people suffering after having Covid jabs.
