Title: No Virgin here.!!

I was expecting an engineer to visit me yesterday between 8-12.. Text to say booking is confirmed..
Text asking if there was Covid in the house.. If so text COVID
If not text NEXT..   Which I did..
No one came.. 2 pm I phone to ask why.. !!
It was hard work.. I couldn't fully understand what he was saying..
He told me the visit had been cancelled..
We talked and he advised me NOT to reply to the COVID text because it can be confusing for them ..
I am expecting a Virgin engineer here on Monday between 8-12..  :clap:
One more thing.. He said I would not be charged the 25 pound fee..
I wanted to say... 'What feckin' fee' !!  But He was holding the trump card.. So I didn't.

The strange thing is.. my TV has behaved ever since.. :grin: :grin:

From the Virgin Media COVID help line.

Three days before a scheduled technician install visit, and one day before a scheduled technician service visit, we'll text customers to ask if anyone living at their property has been asked to self-isolate or has flu-like symptoms. If customers respond with "yes", then the visit will be rescheduled for two weeks later, with confirmation of this date by text within 24 hours of the appointment

It certainly wasn't like that with me..
Text COVID if anyone in the house has covid.
Text NEXT if no...
I will ignore text .. as suggested by the guy who answered my call..
What a carry on..
