Fried for 2 minutes a side in a pre-heated mature cast-iron pan steeped in memories of used dripping and salt-cleaned before being laid, criss-cross on the well-buttered muffin and, tightly wrapped, sat on for a while before being joined by the hot coffee. MM-mm!
Having just finished it I commend this to the house..

pastrami and tomato
mix tuna with mayo and diced onion and put it on top of a bed of lettuce
