Robot carpet vacuum cleaner

I daresay many here have one of these.......
Just bought one. Clever little piece of kit.
It can run around the floor in various modes (edge clean, spot clean etc )
Goes back to its wall situated charging station when battery needs a recharge.
Time of cleaning each day can be set.

If I spill anything on carpet I let it run around that area and
cleaning is done. Rotating brushes pull out dust from under edges too.

My house is a lot cleaner now. :-)

I've heard of these but am very reluctant to actually get one. Reason being, my daft hairy Hound would think it's alive and would try to gain dominance over it. Result......One broken hoover and one dog with a hot bot.
