Grooming Gangs: Britain's Sham
I'll be watching it. I lived and worked in Rotherham in the 90s and some of the councillors from that time are still serving.

The documentary maker has done nothing that Tommy Robinson didn't try & do, albeit with a more intellectual approach.

I watched it, few surprises as it had all been in the press.  Still appalling that the police and local authorities were not held to account. Goes without saying that the men, mainly Pakistani, are disgusting, as are many in their ethnic communities for supporting them.

Can you imagine if the boot was on the other foot and it was white men abusing black and asian girls on this scale? there would be a national task force to to sort it, on the news daily, nobody would be scared to say these are white male rapists, there would be hundreds of prosecutions and real support and compensation  for the victims. But these are just white girls, proves what those in power think of us.

The problem being that their lot don't see it as disgusting or anything wrong with it.

I suppose it should come as no surprise when they worship a paedo who, history states, married a 6-yr-old & shagged her when she was 9.

Exactly, all according to their religion, having sex, raping and abusing non muslim women is OK, mahomed and his lot did it all the time, so they are only following his example, it's not adultery unless it's a muslim woman they are having sex with and there is no lower age for having sex with young girls so they don't see it as wrong.

Why didn't those who invited these people here in the first place look into their backgrounds and beliefs to see if they were compatible with the British way of life before inflicting them upon us? they have a lot to answer for. And quite honestly what use are kebab shop and taxi driver people to us?

I see the latest and maybe last season of Vera has just finished so I've grabbed that and will watch one later. The final season of Endeavour is following it so that's one I'll get when it finishes too.

I seem to spend far too much time watching police stuff and certainly far too much on old stuff. Oddly the newest stuff I'm currently on is also based on the oldest period - Vikings Valhalla - I wasn't overly impressed with the first couple but have warmed to it now and will complete Season 1 then go on to Season 2.

I enjoyed Vikings Valhalla, but not the original Vikings which seemed to have no real plot, just 60 minutes of chopping up Saxons per episode, so I gave up after about 6 episodes

The Gold. Drama based on the Brinks Mat robbery.  Quite enjoying it.  Anyone remember Kenneth Noye?

I watched the first one of that too. Shows promise.

There's a new series starting tonight on Channel five, "Harry Wild Investigates" thinking of watching it.

Tonight I watched War Sailor on Netflix, it's had some good reviews and some complaining the first episode was slow.  I thoroughly enjoyed it and watched all 3 episodes.  It was sad, touching and I had no idea the Norwegian Merchant Navy played such a big part in WWII.
