I'm still at the 'getting sorer each day' stage. Elbow seems to have stabilised but bruising is still developing. Shoulder is freezing up - trying to keep it mobile. Back and hip sorer today.

Yep. I've been amusing myself in the 4 letters change only one thread by only ever changing the first for a couple of weeks now. There are very very few times when I had to pass. The same seems to happen with 5 letter words too where one or other of the letters can be one of several and often you haven't eliminated enough to pick the right one. It can easily push a good result to a bad one if you guess wrong which sod's law says you will.
