Thanks but it is just luck with the first word.  I started quordle but it was taking too long and the sun is shining so we went to the woods instead.

I have tried quordle a few times - sometimes yes, sometimes no, but I find it irritating entering words that I know will be wrong for at least three out of four grids

I only completed 3 boxes today on Quordle.. 
I got down to 8 on my last box but for the life of me cannot find the missing word. I've given up today..

I got a giant quordle then!  It was 4,6,8,9

I had to cheat to solve Wordle today. 

My usual 3 words and the undiscovered letters suggested nothing to me. I don't have a lot of time as I have a christening to attend (I am wearing a concealed lightening conductor just in case) so I used an anagram solver. The only word that fit is one I had never heard.
