Will we really have a hosepipe ban enforced in the next few weeks  ?
How can we be short of water when it rains for 250+ days every year and we're an island ?  Ekin Su
I'll just have to go out at 2 in the morning and hope the neighbours are asleep.....

We're fortunate that our back garden is surrounded by bushes and trees, so the neighbours can't see whatever we decide to get up to there (stop tittering at the back!).
So if I want to top up my pond with the hosepipe, I will.
Apart from anything else, I noticed on a published document by the Welsh authorities that if your pond contains fish (or any other living creatures), you ARE allowed to top up the water using a hosepipe.

If our government allow millions of extra people to come here, they can give them their water, my flowers are not going to die so they can have my water.

Wicked to say  but I had a chuckle ( although there are decent people being affected that I am sorry for)  that Islington got flooded by a burst water main, the Islington elite (Corbin, does Tony Blair still live there?) got a dose of something nasty for a change.
