I use soft kitchen roll as tissue. They have always done the job fine.

So do I, but I keep a box of tissues handy in my bedroom.

This is the one I use, it's the best I've found. Also if you only want a half sheet you can just tear it that size..I use it for all sorts of things. :upvote:

Alex

I use Regina Blitz in the kitchen,  but I wouldn't fancy wiping my drippy nose with it    but if I'm desperate, there's always loo roll.

They had some in Lidl yesterday. I don't need any but I filled my trolley anyway just in case.

I can't understand why supermarkets keep running out of stuff

Alex

I got a double pack in Aldi, but no cube boxes at all.

Jacqueline

I use kitchen roll or loo roll, all you posh folk buying tissues

Indeed, because when it's running out is the time you need it the most.

I remember in lockdown one there was an elderly woman with two 24 packs of toilet paper in her trolley. Somebody made a comment which she heard and she piped up with I have two toilets. I refrained from mentioning that she only had the one arse.
