A frosty start to the day went for a walk in the Park then to the newsagents , highlight of the morning watching the bin men now doing some paperwork going to have another go at getting my printer working, its rather strange printer works when I use my phone , wife can print via her iPad but won't print from my desktop.

Not bad here today, had my swim, got a few messages from Tesco on the way home and did a beach walk with Dageus. Bunged the washing out on the ropes, spied some weeds and made the mistake of pulling them. Now the rest looks bad and needs attention. IDIOT.

That is fatal Raven.. I don't touch the weeds until the Spring..

My stiff neck is still stiff. Everyone who pops in tells me the best thing for it.. I am now resting my chin on my chest then, doing a circular  action, I slowly roll my head round..
Another is to look over left shoulder.. then right.. keeping your body still..
Marvelous how remedies never involve chocolate..
